Client Services Manager

Job Overview

Podium is hiring for the position of Client Services Coordinator.  This person will be a primary point of contact for all current and prospective patients. They will handle scheduling, referrals, patient registration, arranging video conferencing, billing, and engage in regular communication with patients and the team at Podium.

Additionally, this person will serve as an executive assistant to Dr. Kevin Sprouse both in his work within Podium and in various consulting positions outside of the practice.


The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in health and exercise, as well as extremely strong communication skills.  They will also have formal training or experience as a medical assistant or similar, expected to understand basic medical terminology, scheduling of outside testing (such as imaging or referrals), and taking vital signs.  This person needs to be passionate about our mission, energetic, assertive, and extremely personable.  They need to be confident and easy-going when dealing with patients who may be prominent public figures.

Competent computer skills are a requirement, primarily working with Apple software and a web-based EHR.  Social media skills are preferred as well.

Podium’s Client Services Coordinator will require a willingness to work odd hours, to respond to patients quickly after hours, and to attend occasional weekend events representing the practice.

Location: Time will be split between Podium’s office and working remotely or from home.

Hours: initially, this will be a part time position requiring 15-20 hours per week.

Anticipated Start Date: mid-September to early-October 2019
