Katie Dotson 

Katie is a nutrition and strength coach who works with clients to develop healthy habits with enduring outcomes. Her practice focuses on changing habits, one day at a time.

Katie finds joy in the multi-sport lifestyle, racing triathlons from Sprints to Half Ironman distances. This year, Katie will race Sprint and Olympic distance triathlons along with some local bike races and Time-Trial events.
