Dr. Todd Montgomery is a Kentucky native who has worked as a physician in Knoxville since graduating from the Family Medicine residency at The University of Tennessee in Knoxville.  He received a bachelor’s degree from UNC Asheville, attended graduate school at the University of Kentucky, and then went to medical school at the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine.  He has studied and been trained in prolotherapy by the AAOM, one of the world's foremost authorities on prolotherapy and regenerative medicine.

Todd is married with two kids, lives on a farm in South Knoxville, and is a longtime member of the outdoor and endurance sports communities in East Tennessee.  He has completed four full-distance Ironman triathlons, over 20 marathons, climbed El Capitan, kayaked Class V rivers, hiked the Appalachian Trail, and is an avid mountain biker.
