After my Travel Gym post last week, I’ve had some patients and friends asking what else I recommend for travel. I’ve previously written about both nutrition and exercise on the road, so I won’t rehash that. Instead, I’m going to do some very short posts on Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook on some of the things I use to make life on the road a little nicer and healthier.
